QUALIFICATIONS
Donald D. Zacher, a State Certified General Appraiser for South Dakota and Wyoming, has been a licensed real estate appraiser since 2017. Mr. Zacher originally started his real estate background in the title insurance business in 1997 and has extensive knowledge in the real estate industry.
Jacob Zacher, a State Registered Appraiser for South Dakota, has been a licensed real estate appraiser since 2020. Jacob grew up in Belle Fourche and Spearfish and graduated from Black Hills State University in 2020 with a Business Administration Degree.
